I believe that the project must be designed specific to the client. From start to finish, I am personally involved in the project. Whether commercial or residential design, I do not specialize in any one “style”. Each project has its own set of variables from site orientation to views and local restrictions. I work with the client to incorporate these variables with their desires to design their dream. I deal with the local jurisdictions to get projects approved and underway quickly with great attention to detail.

Each project is researched for local and state agency ordinances and blended into the client's requirements. My office is fully computer aided for accurate drawings and versatility in presentation. I offer access to the necessary consultants for structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and title 24 energy compliance engineering.
